AWAR Moves-Villa Borghese!

Join us for a 5k afternoon walk in Villa Borghese. Dogs welcome (on a leash).  This is a casual but active group focused on getting outside, moving our bodies, and supporting each other through regular walks and hikes.

This will be a brisk walk --think sneakers and workout clothes.  Even so, all paces are welcome. If you'd prefer a slower pace, we'll naturally break into smaller groups as needed. If you want some fresh air with friends, this is for you!
